Who answers the consultation — is it a medical consultation?
No. It is a technical supply consultation, handled by our supply team across the US and Argentina operations. They work on sourcing, verification, documentation and logistics. They are not clinicians, they do not design protocols, and they will not provide dosing or administration guidance for any compound.
What does "research use only" actually mean?
It means these compounds are supplied as laboratory reference materials for in-vitro and analytical work by qualified personnel. They are not medicines, not supplements, and are not authorised or intended for human or veterinary consumption. We do not provide dosing guidance, and we cannot supply for personal use.
Do you provide a certificate of analysis?
Yes, for every batch. Your CoA includes the HPLC chromatogram and mass spectrometry identity confirmation from an independent testing laboratory, matched to the batch number printed on your vial. We review a current CoA with you during the consultation, before you commit to anything.
