Frequently asked questions
Where do you ship from, and to?
From two operations: the United States and Argentina. Argentine destinations are served domestically in 24–72 hours from Buenos Aires, and Uruguay, Chile, Paraguay, Bolivia, Peru, Brazil, Colombia and Mexico in 3–8 business days. North American enquiries are dispatched from the US operation. Every cross-border shipment includes research-use declarations and a safety data sheet.
What happens if a shipment arrives damaged?
Photograph the packaging and contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Cold-chain failures and transit damage are replaced at no cost, including reshipment.
How should the material be stored?
The sealed vial, which is powder, goes at -20 °C: a freezer, away from light. It keeps for 24 months that way. Once you dissolve it, it moves to a normal fridge at 2–8 °C, and is used within the window stated on its certificate of analysis (CoA). That powder is lyophilised — frozen and dried under vacuum — which is why it lasts so long.
